Imari type bowl. On
both the interior and
exterior, alternating panels
of red, blue, and white
backgrounds support
elaborately decorated
motifs. These include
chrysanthemums and
Japanese junks, as well as
delicately added areas of
overglaze gold. This bowl
was produced in the 19th
q
century.

Large basin with raised q
decoration. This large bowl
is unusual in many respects.
It supports a reverse blue
and white decoration, the
decorative motifs are raised,
and the size is quite large
for a vessel having raised
decoration. Produced
during the Qing dynasty,
during the reign of the
emperor, Qianlong (Ch’ien
Lung), ca. 1750 CE.
